Girls Night

On Saturday it was a nice eventful day. Joe had an Elders Quorum Activity. I was very jealous because they were going to go Shooting and eat food and then after some one had a boat and they got to go play in the water. Joe had a great time. Even though he says he hates guns and we will probably never own one, he shot a lot and was pretty good too. He some times contradicts him self. I am just glad they had a good time and no one even was close to getting hurt.
While the boys were away. Maleah and I played at the neighbors Teri and Brian's. They have three girls and their daddy went to that activity too. So the girls played in the sprinklers. Maleah isn't sure she likes them. Then we ate OtterPops- one of my favorite things to do when it is hot outside. Teri and I talked and watched the girls played. We then got Little Cesar's Pizza and had a picnic in the shade. Then we watched IQ- its an old one but a good one. During the movie all the girls kept asking for their treat. It was so funny because they knew we were going to pause the movie in the middle but we didn't get to the middle. Oh well! During the movie Maleah proceeded to turn over and dump out at least 6 of the kid puzzles they had. Then proceeded to mix all the different puzzle pieces together. I then spent most of the movie putting them together again and again. The two youngest helped too. Maleah just had a fun time playing with them.
The boys got home around dusk. The Heritage Day fireworks got moved due to rain a week ago. So we went back outside and waited for fireworks. For such a small town the fireworks lasted a good amount of time. Maleah wasn't even scared of them. We weren't very close to where they were shooting them off so thus it wasn't really loud. I really like the red, white and blue fireworks the best!
