Easter Weekend

On Saturday morning I took Maleah over to the park by our new house for an Easter Egg Hunt. She did really good for herself and got a few eggs. She went in and picked up her couple then wanted to play on the slide that kids were coming down. It wasn't very happy when she couldn't go up it. It is really fun to live in a small neighborhood that can still do fun activities with the kids on holidays. It was a lot of fun.


After the Egg hunt we drove to SLC. Got our hair done and then hung out. It was fun to let Maleah play with her cousins. She is really starting to enjoy playing with them, the Aunt and the Grandparents a lot more. We stayed up way to late on Saturday so we were all very tried on Sunday but it was still a lot of fun. The kids got up and found their Easter baskets and the Easter eggs. For the cousin he got quarters in his eggs and not very much candy whice is a great idea. In our eggs we also put fruit snacks, crackers and a few fun toys and candy of coarse. Next year I am going to try for less candy and more fun things because Maleah doesn't need that much candy any ways. It was a wonderful weekend and we were glad to spend it with family.
