Cedar trip

We got to visit my family last weekend. It was going to be a surprise for Grandma's Birthday but with my family's schedule it is better the plan then surprise. We headed down on Thursday. On the way we stopped at Scipio rest stop and saw the petting zoo. Very cute and fun. Friday we spent the day shopping in St.George and ended by visiting the Great-Grandparents, and I am kicking myself for not getting pictures. Whitley finally got her blanket from her and it is so cute. I love my Grandma's little blankets.

Friday Afternoon we had our own farm Baby Animal Days. Whitley wasn't so sure about the little lambs. Maleah completely refused to even pet it.

Then we saw the cows and calves.

Last the horses. No pony/horse rides this time of year. At least we had great weather and a fun time walking around the family farm.
Grandma's Birthday dinner. I didn't even get a picture of the birthday girl, just this one of three of the Grandkids eating their dinner on the tailgate of Grandpa's truck.
Grandma and Grandpa's house has lots of fun new toys. Train sets and legos and cousins of course.

With the help of Grandpa and Mom, Maleah help put this impressive layout together. It has two bridges, two switches and a couple of loops. Thomas and Percy went and went with only a few head on crashes to account for.We had such a fun trip visit with family. It's always nice to go home even if we end up working more than playing.

On the way home we stopped in SLC to have dinner with Joe's family. Maleah had a blast and loves her cousins. We also learned Whitley rode in the car really good except the last two hours that were in the dark. Maybe that is our problem with other times we have gone some where and she hated the car seat.
